Subhag Founder
Soham Sahu is from Rajpur, Chhattisgarh.He is Kharagpur IITian in mechanical engineering. He has vast experience in Production Management and Supply chain.
Vikram Rajput is from Rajpur, Chattisgarh.He is Kharagpur IITian and has served in R&D for many big companies like Tata Motors, GE etc.
Chandan Prasad is from Bihar and he is also a mechanical engineer by training.
About the company Subhag
Infertility is a cause which is becoming very vital in present days where one out of seven couples felt socially and mentally distraced and are keeping themsleves away from the society. This is not the fact that infertility can’t be solved; it can be solve by IVF but only few couples can reach out there. The challenges are privacy, affordability and accessibility. In order to solve all these concerns they have came up with the first IUI kit called ‘Subhag’. IUI stand for Intrauterine Insemination. This is the process of artificial fertility. These can done in three steps :
- Ovulation Tracking.
- Sperm Preparation.
- Insemination.
This process now can be done at the home with Subhag. The kit comprises of following things:
- Ovulation Strip – To track insemination day.
- VConceive – Soft cup to perform the insemination.
- Androwash – To perform sperm washing.
All of their products are patent granted. Their vision is to make such products that they can be a frontline treatment for every people.
The MRP is 8000 rupees for VConceive and the Selling price is around 5000 rupees. Their products are being prescribed by 20 hospitals and 300+ clinics. They have 16% of efficacy in the first attempt.

Subhag Sales And Revenue
The company has sold 3500 units of VConceive and 20 units of Androwash in a lifetime. In the month of September 2022 the sales were 2 lakhs per month. Due to some regulatory changes, they have stopped the sales for time being. In the financial year 20-21 the sales were 37 lakhs rupees, in FY 21-22 the sales are 52 lakhs rupees and this FY year to date the sales is 12 lakhs. The average monthly run-rate is 5 lakhs rupees. The equity split is 65% for Vikram, Soham has 4% and Chandan has 2% and the rest is with investors which is 29%. They have raised 1.5 cr. rupees at a valuation of 30 crores in the year 2019.
