Kyari Sales And Revenue

In FY 18-19 the sales were ₹8 lakhs, in FY 19-20 the sales were ₹30 lacs, in FY 20 to 21 the sales were ₹1.2 crore, FY 21 to 22 the sales were ₹1.4 crore and in FY 22 to 23 till date the sales were ₹75 lakhs. The sales in July 22 is 10 lacs, in August 22 is ₹17 lakhs. The price range for the product is ₹10000 to ₹17000 depending upon the version. The cost price of each product is ₹2000 to ₹3500. Their maximum sales occur from dealers and 30% margin is given to them. Profit margin is 30%. Their current month profit is ₹5.1 lakhs.

Offers and counter offers

Namita and Amit gave in an offer of ₹51 lakhs for 10% equity of the company at the valuation of ₹5.1 crores.
Peyush Anupam and Aman given offer of ₹51 lakhs for 12% equity of the company at the valuation of ₹4.25 crores
The founders give an offer of ₹51 lakhs for 2% equity of the company at the valuation of ₹25.5 crores.
Namita and Amit revised their offer for ₹51 lacs at 8% equity of the company at the valuation of ₹6.38 crores.
Peyush and Anupam revised their offer for ₹51 lacs at 10% equity and Aman stepped out of the seal.
Peyush gave another offer of ₹51 lakh for 5% equity of the company at the valuation of ₹10.2 crores.
Again Anupam and Peyush gave a counteroffer of ₹1 crore for 10% equity of the company, later revised it for ₹80 lakhs for 8% equity.
Namita and Amit revised their offer for ₹51 lacs at 6% equity.
