Akansh Tandon, co-founder, has completed B.Tech in Electronic and communication engineering from NIT, Bhopal. He also has cracked PSU examination and has worked in Bangalore.

About the company Digiqure
In mega cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore etc. people have the opportunity to consult with doctors if they face health issues. But for a remote village, people face a real burden due to lack of presence of doctors. For this reason every year around 24 lakhs are dying in India. In order to solve this problem they have come up with their idea Digiqure. Digiqure is an E-clinic service healthcare center based on telemedicine technology. There are caregivers who are present in every E-clinic and they help the patients to connect to the doctors on conference calls. Instant prescription, medicine counseling, Lab tests are available in their E-clinic. They have a subscription model called Saksham Card which costs them 1 rupee per day. They have 7 E-clinics, 2 mobile clinics and 50 doctors on board in MP. They have served 4000+ patients. They are going to start their service in the North East region of India very soon. They have a total team size of 15 members.
Akansh has 35% equity in the company and the rest are with other two co-founders. Three of them have invested a total of 60 lakhs rupees.
The total subscription is about 1800+.

Digiqure Sales And Revenue
From Jan ’22 to Sep’22 the sales were 12.2 lakhs rupees. Last month the sales were four lakh rupees. Among which from hospitals it was 2 lakhs rupees, from saksham card sales it is 90000 rupees, 60000 from medicines and 40000 from pathological tests, consultant fee 10000 rupees. E-clinic sales per month is 80000 rupees. They burn 1.5 lakhs rupees per month.

Offers and counter offers
Namita and Vineeta together offer 40 lakhs for 20 percent with a condition that the other IT company of the pitcher have to be merged with the Digiqure.
Peyush counter offers 1 crore rupees for 25% equity with the condition that both the companies have to be merged.
Namita and Vineeta counters offer 40 lakhs for 15% equity with the same condition.
Anupam offers 1 crore rupees for 10% equity with three conditions that both the companies have to be merged, number of clinics not to be increased now and the company name should be changed to Gita in the memory of the lady who lost her life due to severe illness.(The story was discussed in the episode).
Pitchers counter Namita and Vineeta for 40 lakhs in exchange of 10% equity.
