They are India’s one of the first and finest Kombucha brands. The products are made by fermenting green tea with bacteria and yeast. They have various flavours such as exotic lime, kolala, mango peach, lychee love, elderflower and blueberry lavender. They use completely real and 100% natural ingredients. They supply products through Starbucks and Blue Tokai Pan India. They also have their own website and the best part is their factory situated in Delhi has 100% women workforce. About 14 women employees work with them. They want to market it as a healthy drink and not as Kombucha.

From the sales 40% comes from online and 60% is B2B sales. In B2B sales 20% comes from retail stores and 80% comes from cafes and restaurants. Average margin in retail stores is 35% and cafes and restaurants it is 40%. They want to make a manufacturing unit from which they can sell 3 lacs bottles per month.

Anupam gave an offer of 75 lakhs for 20% equity of the company at a valuation of 3.75 crores.
Veenita gave an offer of 30 lakhs for 10% equity of the company and 45 lakhs depth at 12% interest at the valuation of 3 crores.
The founders gave a counteroffer to Anupam of 75 lakhs for 8% equity at a valuation of 9.38 crores.

Final deal- As Anupam rejected the counteroffer of the founders so no final deal was done.
